PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. An author wishing to present in WSCC Series 2026 will create a document consisting of a complete description of his/her ideas and applicable research results in minimum six (6) pages.

2. Papers submitted will be pre-screened for conformity with submission guidelines and for overall appropriateness. Papers that pass the initial screening process will then be double-blind reviewed.

3. The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Papers submitted to the conference should be in English.

2. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.

3. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

4. Good quality plagiarism software/ tool (Turnitin / iThenticate) can be used to check similarity that would not be more than 20% including reference section.

5. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

6. Strictly NO REFUND will be provided if the manuscript is rejected due to concerns regarding originality, quality, or plagiarism.

7. Should the manuscript be rejected for the aforementioned reasons, we recommend submitting it to a peer-reviewed journal for further considerations (2nd option).

8. If the manuscript is rejected due to being out of scope for the journal, our secretariat will advise to submit to an alternative journal as a second option.

9. Overall, if the manuscript is rejected again after the second option, the WSCC 2026 secretariat cannot be held responsible.
