This program equips students with essential knowledge and hands-on industry skills in facilities management, building services, digital technologies and project operations, preparing them to effectively address the growing challenges of efficient, safe and sustainable built environment.
Bachelor of Technology in Building Construction with Honours
PEO1 : To produce technologist in the field of Facility Management who are competent in meeting their career requirements and who adhere to current standards and industry benchmark.

- PEO3 : To produce ethical professionals in the field of Facility Management.
PLO 1- Knowledge: Apply the knowledge of technology fundamentals to broadly-defined procedures, processes, systems and methodologies in the facilities management field.
PLO 2- Practical Skills and High Technology: Propose and employ current tools and techniques to resolve broadly defined problems.
